While we believe that certifications are one measure to exemplify experience and skill set, we recognize that the message and priority of experience and skill set has not been clear. Pros

Company compensation and benefits package are the best I have seen in this space. Leadership transparency, company culture and team collaboration make productive and knowledge sharing easy. Technology package provided to staff facilitates easy use and when problems arise IT support team responds quickly. Leadership shares company vision with the entire company. Promotion to managers happen within the company and is truly merit based, time in position does not apply. Company also does not have a move up or get out policy - if you want to stay in the weeds you can and will continue to receive annual pay raises and be able to participate in quarterly bonus structure.
