      Pros

      Schellman is an innovative company that stays ahead of the game. Our CEO is absolutely amazing! All of senior leadership is transparent and approachable. HR and Senior Leadership are engaged and always gathering feedback to implement changes and make improvements on that feedback. The culture is that of genuine belonging where you can be your authentic self. There are many ERGs for various groups where you can join as a member or an ally. The benefits package is comprehensive and affordable. Schellman offers a discretionary bonus plan and generous PTO, with separate time off for sick pay, and up to 10% 401(k) match, just to name a few. Every other year, there's a company trip with a plus one allowed (last time we went to Mexico). And, the people who work here have great collaboration and are focused on teamwork and quality results.

      Cons

      The mostly remote work environment (a pro!) sometimes makes trainings or presentations a little awkward if people don't have their cameras on.

      Love working with those around me, great benefits, and plenty of PTO to have a good work life balance

      Cons

      Not as much transparency as there use to be with regards to leadership changes, or letting people go.

      A Company worth investing in

      Pros

      The most impactful thing about working at Schellman Compliance, LLC is the appreciation that the C-Suite members have with work life balance. This appreciate trickles down to the employees when policies are created, improving not only moral but also the view point of our members with work as a part of life rather than something taking a part of their life. I also find that many of the workers at Schellman appreciate and condone the benefits to a high degree as it is very people focused. Shout out to the people team for being great!

      Cons

      The company is expanding and the movement is fast. This doesnt work well with Work Life balance sometimes but the company really attempts to make this work and have the expansion have as little as an impact to the team members.

While we're focused and moving quickly, it's great to be able to have the time to rest and reset outside of work. Our annual benefit survey would be a great opportunity to submit your idea for a 4-day work week.
