Pros

Solid benefits and always open to change per employee feedback. Focus on work-life balance. Leadership team is strong and supportive - transparent, open to feedback, and genuinely caring from my experience. The team members - all the people I've personally worked with here are dedicated, hard working and all thrive to deliver the best.

Cons

Change is inevitable - but it isn't a always a con per say. The company is evolving and growing - and for growth, change has to occur. I think this can be difficult for people depending on their role.

Pros

Schellman is a successful firm that is valued highly by clients and other stakeholders. Its primary focus is delivery of quality products to clients, but its people are a close second. I feel fairly compensated here and, coming from a larger competitor, have experienced a better work-life balance as well. The benefits are incredibly competitive and the people I get the opportunity to work with are the best of the best. It has been an excellent chapter of my career thus far.

Cons

Due to shareholder requirements for growth, updated tools and policies have been adopted fairly quickly over the last few years. This brings both improvements and challenges in day-to-day operation. We have lost headcount as a result of this - experiencing both voluntary and involuntary turnover.
