Pros

The benefits and work life balance are good. Schellman gives their employees great PTO benefits in addition to a paid week in July and 2 weeks in December. The 401k match is great.

Cons

Workload can be inconsistent throughout the year, with a heavy concentration of projects during the busy season that can feel overwhelming at times. In contrast, the slower periods may feel underutilized or less engaging. Better workload distribution and planning could help create a more balanced experience year-round.
