The leadership/management team care deeply about the employees, the benefits and pay are great, the ability to work fully remote, and the ability to work in a rapidly growing field.

Cons

No cons at this time. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

- Benefits (401k 10% match, ALL insurances (individual) paid for, all kinds of reimbursements available (tech allowance, monthly WFH expenses, travel expenses) - Culture - Opportunity for growth (professionally, academically) - Great leadership/mentorship. Supportive teammates. - Embrace the challenge! Great for those who want full control over their individual successes. - Schellman is not cheap. They will pay for talent. Very competitive compensation package, if not the best. - Excellent employee appreciation practices

Cons

I can see how there could be stressful moments due to deadlines. But all of this correlates to your own individual ability to get things done. Time management is key! Due to covid, no travel is required. I have not experienced travel life yet, and any challenges that may bring.

Pros

The CEO is cool, there are good benefits, pay is reasonable for Tampa, and the colleagues are generally fun and enjoyable people.

Cons

These people know how to audit software, but not how to build it. They won't be able to build anything serious unless they seriously reevaluate their practices and leadership. Since I've left, it seems like they may have started doing so.
