This firm has been a wonderful place to work especially during this time of the pandemic. Leadership has been very transparent and communicative with the rest of the firm throughout the process and its business model is equipped to handle the situation given that we essentially work remotely already. There is a strong encouragement for learning here which is shown by the many educational resources along with support of certifications and licenses. Managers are very supportive as well and will always help where possible to ensure that the team is not overwhelmed. Compensation, bonuses, and perks are also the cherry on top!

The companies leadership and management teams are absolutely great. They are upfront with how the company is doing and any ongoing initiatives on bi weekly calls. All branches of the leadership teams, from the CEO, HR, IT, and Accounting give updates and I think this is especially important and is very rare from most of the companies I have worked with. Pay is very fare and the quarterly bonus are great! My direct managers are very fair and knowledgeable and always available to answer questions or help when needed.
