Leadership - Management has a clear vision of where the company is going. They also show you the employee that you are valued via recognition bonus, e-mails, phone calls, and meetings vs just saying. And last but not least the annual company trip (you +1) again where they show you how much they appreciate you and you have a ton of fun and meet everyone in the company. Everyone you work with is professional. Work load- Fast pace but manageable if you are organized and efficient. Can have multiple projects going on so being able to multi-task is important. As with any company you have busy times and sometimes depends on clients getting you the evidence and out of your control. Flexibility - Travel is Monday-Thursday if domestic. They also work to increase or decrease travel based on family, life, and request. Training - Always offering with leaders in the industry. Management is also keen on teaching moments. Compensation- Above average for the positions and quarterly bonus are amazing. Way better than previous employees including industry and big 4. I'll save the best for last. No weekly budgets and billable hours and trying to find a charge code bc it really took 300 hrs vs the 150 they gave you and are going to write it off anyway!!!

I left a Big 4 firm to work at Schellman. I had a colleague tell me about his previous experience with Schellman, and I cannot agree more with him. The area of expertise and specialization is second to none. They allow for professional growth through certification training and testing. I am so happy I made the switch!!
