Pros

Schellman offers employees experience in IT Compliance with work life balance. The benefits are top notch, particularly the time off, Employees are able to learn from industry experts to grow in their careers. The associate program has opened up the door for new college graduates to get a head start in the industry.

Cons

The work is challenging, but that can also be a good thing for people who do not want to stand still.
