Just an example of how dedicated our leadership is to our team, a number of us recently experienced two hurricanes in the same number of weeks. Not only does Schellman specifically set aside 80 hours for employees to use for emergency leave, there were continuous check-ins on our employees' and their families' well being, setting up an employee-driven network of personal and financial support as well as complete coverage during the busiest time of our year, and direct reach outs by our executive team to ensure that our most important asset, our people, we safe and secure.
