      Pros

      The most impactful thing about working at Schellman Compliance, LLC is the appreciation that the C-Suite members have with work life balance. This appreciate trickles down to the employees when policies are created, improving not only moral but also the view point of our members with work as a part of life rather than something taking a part of their life. I also find that many of the workers at Schellman appreciate and condone the benefits to a high degree as it is very people focused. Shout out to the people team for being great!

      Cons

      The company is expanding and the movement is fast. This doesnt work well with Work Life balance sometimes but the company really attempts to make this work and have the expansion have as little as an impact to the team members.

      Pros

      Solid benefits and always open to change per employee feedback. Focus on work-life balance. Leadership team is strong and supportive - transparent, open to feedback, and genuinely caring from my experience. The team members - all the people I've personally worked with here are dedicated, hard working and all thrive to deliver the best.

      Cons

      Change is inevitable - but it isn't a always a con per say. The company is evolving and growing - and for growth, change has to occur. I think this can be difficult for people depending on their role.

We offer many opportunities to provide feedback (Eye-to-Eyes, Townhalls, Surveys, etc.) in order to give our team the opportunity to express their thoughts, ideas, and concerns.

      People make the job. Can expand on soft skills when working with clients. Can expand on technical skills when auditing and working in the platform.

      Cons

      May lack fulfilment pending on the person. No real cons. Great place to work.
