Pros

The company truly values its employees and fosters a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Our leadership team is approachable and open to feedback, which makes collaboration a breeze. Work-life balance is also a priority here, I feel encouraged to take the time I need to recharge.

Cons

Our organization is continuing to grow and develop, so you must be comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment.

Thank you for the review! Work-life balance is a priority and with our new Decompression Time Code, it's even easier to step away and recharge. We're happy you feel supported in doing so!

Good Place to Work

Pros

Leadership who is willing to accept feedback and stands by their commitment to transparency. Pay, benefits, and time off are exceptional. The firm even conducts periodically market analysis and will adjust pay (separate from promotion or annual merit increase cycles) based on analysis results. Contributions and hard work are recognized and valued. Plenty of great opportunities for growth, separate from promotions: in-house training and certification boot camps, opportunities to teach peers, wellness groups, annual Firm trips, cross training between service lines, etc.

Cons

There have been a LOT of changes over the last year. I actually like change a great deal, but it has presented some challenges and, at times, significantly increased stress and workload. I think the changes will pay off in the long wrong, but I do sometimes question if more caution could have been taken in decisions around timing of implementation. There is a also a LOT of work. Our time off benefits are fantastic, but it can be very difficult to navigate work life balance during normal work weeks, even outside of the usual busy season.

Pros

- The people-first culture is real—feedback is valued and often leads to tangible improvements across the board - There’s always room to grow here, with plenty of training and support to help you develop professionally no matter your level - Remote work is incredibly flexible, and the company-wide time off around holidays really helps with work-life balance - You have direct access to leadership, including regular updates from the CEO, which keeps you informed and makes you feel connected to the bigger picture - The benefits are excellent—10% 401k match, flexible schedules, and even annual company trips. They really invest in their people

Cons

- The pace can get intense, especially during busy seasons, which can be a challenge if you're not used to a fast-moving environment - The work can feel complex and overwhelming at first, particularly for those new to the industry, though support is always there - Remote work is fantastic, but it can sometimes make it harder to build in-person connections with colleagues - High expectations come with the territory (Quality, Above All) — if you're not comfortable or used to pushing yourself, it can feel like a lot at times
