      Fantastic organization

      Pros

      Schellman is a fantastic organization to work for! The benefits are extremely competitive and the people-first culture is embraced throughout all levels of the company. Employee resource groups, wellness initiatives, and town-hall style meetings with the executive team make it easy to connect with peers and feel like part of the community, even when fully remote. Leadership is very receptive to employee feedback and is always seeking opportunities to innovate.

      Cons

      Time management is key in this industry - it’s easy to get caught up in project stack on the occasion that you’re double-booked or encounter delays. Having a couple of un-scheduled “catch-up” days each month would be great for added WLB. Overall, no “cons” come to mind.

      Great perks and benefits. Management continuously asks for feedback and follows through. Very open and candid. Truly feel that management actually cares about employees.

      Cons

      Hoping that as we continue to grow, things don't change due to our size.
