We agree, it can definitely be hectic during the busy time of year, which is one of the many reasons we take a two week break at the end of the year and close our offices. We hope you were able to take that time to rest and reset! If you have any suggestions or feedback, please email our Executive Leadership at feedback@schellman.com.

Pros

10% 401k match- Build up that retirement Better than average healthcare options- saves a considerable amount over plans I've had elsewhere. Generous PTO with an additional 3 weeks of company shutdown (1 in the summer, 2 weeks around Christmas) Corporate trips with +1 invited to amazing destinations every couple years. Huge Opportunities for growth and to work on the cutting edge with the best Cloud Service Providers. A knack for hiring great people, many the best and brightest. Great culture and work environment.

Cons

This is a deliverables based job which means that sometimes you will have to put in extra hours to meet deadlines or to prevent excess project overlap. Extra hours worked will be common especially for newer people learning the ropes but also likely as your responsibilities increase but can be tempered with experience. As the company has grown there have been cutbacks in lower level employee perks and shrinking quarterly bonuses (you wouldn't know it unless you had a taste of what it was though).

Thank you for the review! We are glad you are enjoying the benefits and perks offered, which we provide to all levels of employees. Although we have made some changes to build a bit more structure into our programs, allowing us to scale effectively, we plan to continue to seek feedback, adjust to align with the feedback and invest in our employees. We appreciate your feedback on working extra hours to hit deadlines, if you have ideas of how to improve this please email our executive leadership team at feedback@schellman.com.
