      Great company, but stay on the project hamster-wheel at all costs

      Incredible Organization with Incredible Leadership

      I'm just over a year into my time with Schellman after leaving an organization I was with for 9.5 years. While I never thought I'd leave my previous employer, coming to Schellman has me with no regrets and I'm so thankful for the opportunity. This company shines from every angle. The leadership is caring and personal, the challenges are exciting and promote professional development, the culture is UNMATCHED - never seen better culture, anywhere! Come to Schellman - you'll love it here!

      None! And I mean that. After leaving an org I was with for 9.5 years, thought I'd retire from and doing very well, I was cautious about leaving a place where I had it good.......well little did I know Schellman would be even better.
