      Love our Culture!

      Pros

      Wonderful people, strong culture and support from leaders, great benefits, including corporate trips, time off for 2 weeks at Christmas/New Year's and the week of 4th of July off, as well as early closings on Fridays for the summers

      Cons

      growing pains, but our leaders are good at transparent communication and innovation, change for the better

      Relaxed atmosphere. Not overburdened with multiple clients at the same time. Good workload amount. Excellent benefits. Best in the industry.

      Cons

      Not much. Client-side delays mainly.

      Pros

      Working at Schellman has been great so far! The benefits are awesome and they constantly add to them yearly. My team is great and it is a great place for growth professionally and personally.

      Cons

      No real stand outs for Cons. Being a fully remote company, the only thing would be not getting to meet and engage with co workers in person often.
