Schellman is a great place to grow and become your own person. Your co-workers are knowledgeable in their area and are more than willing to help for the betterment of the team.

Cons

Slowly becoming a larger company, smaller values could be lost if not handled correctly.

Flexible work times, great team, 401k match

Cons

Workload isn’t shared equally, you end up working more that 50hrs per week due to inexperienced juniors not completing tasks accurately, retesting and rework stuff that should have been done.
