The team in operations genuinely cares about the employees they support and seeks to make your job easier. Also, when you come here you will learn from the best. Quality is not sacrificed here -ever- and the employees as a group make each other better and more skilled. Management is not "penny wise and pound foolish." Schellman & Company is the best place to work! Hands down, the best benefits, vacation time, and salary than any other company I have worked for over the last 19 years. The leadership truly cares about the employees and our development and well being. We hire the best, and we are the example of "Quality, Above All". We offer many different opportunities for training and development of employees, and most of all, the opportunity for each employee to be the best person they can be and truly own their careers. Our people are the strongest asset we have, and our culture and leadership reflects that. The job is not just a job, but an opportunity to make a difference.

- Significantly higher base salary than any other firm. - Huge quarterly bonuses - Firm trip annually (100% paid) - Per Diem when traveling - Work from home when not traveling - Travel is only Monday through Thursday. Large travel bonus pay if you MUST be away Friday through Sunday. - Chris Schellman and Principles are welcoming and easy to talk to - There are no corporate politics - Benefits are better than anywhere else in the industry - Its not too good to be true

- 50% travel if you don't like to travel.
