We work hard to put platforms in place that allow for employees to connect – whether it’s our Eye-To-Eye sessions, videos from our CEO and COO, or various Employee Resource Groups. We recognize that communicating and connecting with each other is what drives our success, and so we’ll always keep trying to find ways to do it. If you have any ideas, share them with the People Experience Managers, too! We want to evolve our programs, so they keep growing as we do.

Thanks so much for sharing feedback. We love hearing how our team members are really excited about our multi-faceted approach to providing time off and see the value in our Reboot trips, including the benefits of bringing the whole company together to get centered around our mission each year. And we agree, our 401k match is really above and beyond no matter what industry a person is in. We also hear you on the project timelines and staffing and we are currently working on solutions. Our hope is that by implementing new project management software, improving our internal processes for staffing, and staying out front with communications, it will smooth out any bumps that you may have experienced. Also, please bring up the internal mobility topic with a People Experience Manager if you feel comfortable – we are cross training to ensure people can find opportunities in other service lines. Of course, it’s also subject to business needs and availability. We hope you keep enjoying Schellman! We have a great team, and we’re glad you’re part of it.
