      Challenging - changes and company pivots provide a lot of challenging situations to navigate while having the opportunity to rise to the opportunity. Great company perks! Company trips, excellent 401K, overall great benefits Ambitious company goals - it's invigorating to be a part of a big growth story

      Cons

      Ambitious goals come with sometimes shifting priorities, navigating changes and higher demands. All of that can be a lot to keep up with - that can be true anywhere though.

      Pros

      As an experienced professional, I can say that out of all of the places I've worked, Schellman is the best. I only wish I'd come here sooner. Benefits are great, management is smart and competent, policies are people-oriented, colleagues are top-notch.

      Cons

      The organization has plateaued in terms of growth, limiting advancement opportunities. I have confidence that Schellman will move beyond it.
