      Hands down, the culture remains the greatest strength of the firm. The culture is focused on people first. We are entering the next great age of innovation with a true redesign of our processes, technology, and services. It is a very exciting time to be at Schellman!

      The pace of client service remains high. It is easy to focus on clients more than on your self-care.

      Schellman truly and honestly care about their employees. Great work/life balance. Great management team. They are very communicative and the company is very technology driven.
