Pros

Company culture is heavy on work-life balance and transparency from the top-down. Benefit package is exceptional, which is hard to find these days. The company listens to employee feedback and makes changes to better the work and lives of its employees when it can.

Cons

Hard to pinpoint a true con… sounds unlikely but it’s true. Sometimes you work extra, but it’s offset by weeks where the workload is lighter. New technologies are being implemented often, but they are being implemented to better how we operate, which takes a learning curve but adapting is important in any field. Most “cons” have a “pro” aspect to them.
