Pros

The amount of time off is one of the best if not the best. Management encourages the pursuit of certifications and tries to work with our schedule to help with our success. I do see the quality in our work and makes me proud to be part of this firm.

Cons

There's been a lot of changes implemented as of late. A lot of new metrics have also been introduced which makes it feel like we're losing the core of what Schellman is. The factors that use to make us stand out against our competitors are being phased out and I don't appreciate it. I chose Schellman because we were so unique but we're slowly transforming into every other company. Compensation could be a bit more competitive as well.

Pros

There are so many great people that work at Schellman. They truly make it the awesome place that it is. In addition, the benefits are excellent. That aspect has not changed, and in fact they've probably improved with the addition of sick time. There are lots of opportunities to connect with other team members (ERGs, Corporate Trip, etc.) and voice your opinion, and leadership shows their appreciation through gifts and swag.

Cons

It's a job, there are always cons.
