We are proud of the benefits package and we’re always looking for ways to ensure our team members have equal access to growth and development opportunities. We have recently implemented some new procedures to improve transparency and accountability including more communication and leadership coaching. We are growing quickly, which presents some challenges. This year we are adding many new positions to lessen the workload of current team members.
