      Cons

      All-remote setup means you rarely get to see your coworkers or receive in person coaching

      Exciting and Rewarding Work Environment

      Pros

      This is a very high performing organization that values team members that go above and beyond. I feel surrounded by some of the smartest minds in the industry. I couldn't feel more proud to be a part of what we are building and for the company that has provided me these exciting opportunities.

      Cons

      I dont see it as a con, but it is definitely an organization where you need to show up to work (which I actually view is a good thing).
