Pros

The pay is always on time

Cons

but they started to trick you with KPI (~500$) within the contract and wanted to change contract details during the contract that is a big NO. All teachers got deducted during pandemic even we worked online within the same workload. Once we back offline, they didn’t follow the contract and wanted to put more classes on each teacher and there were no any increase onto contract extension just more deduction and pressure
