      Pros

      I worked with a fantastic team who deeply cares about the work we did and each other. We bonded on how much we survived our extremely toxic and abusive manager.

      Cons

      How much time do we have? Low pay and compensation plan. Other depts got credit for our sales which provided them higher commissions while ours was bare minimum. Saw and experienced inappropriate and unethical behavior. Very toxic environment. Their processes are still in the 20th century, Excel order forms, paper applications that are then faxed in, and more.
