Pros

Good learning opportunity. Excellent trainings and investment into education that support growth. Nice office.

Cons

Lack of overall support, organization, and direction from leadership. A LOT to improve. Lack of structure and support makes this experience extremely difficult. Way too many meetings which were a MASSIVE waste of time. There is a lack of process between teams which again make finding answers and streamlining difficult. In this role, you’ll be you’re own marketing project manager, marketing operations and coordinator and more — so expect regular long hours and working on weekends. Onboarding was also virtually non existent.
