      Pros

      They have a great mission. Discount on books! Stable company that's been around for over 80 years. Accrual rate of PTO is very good. Automatic opt-in to 401K Some incredibly talented & hard workers.

      Cons

      Many positions are seasonal. Not transparent about how well the branch is doing. Warehouse Air Conditioning Units break too frequently. No shaded parking. Heavy industrial area with not much else. Missing the old Operations guru.
