Pros

if you want the best experience working at SchoolsFirst, apply to be a Branch team member. There aren't that many opportunities for growth in back-office positions. - fully paid benefits (medical, dental, vision) - thanksgiving bonus of $50-250 and Christmas bonus of $200 - Positive Team environment - Cafe onsite at Tustin location - 10-70 cent hourly raise each year based on preformance

Cons

- Not a lot of opportunities for growth in back-office positions - Rarely approve WFH/Hybrid positions - PTO must be requested in advance at the beginning of each year by seniority. - No Covid Pay - Back office is too low of pay for the work we do - Required to work until 7:15pm which leads to lower quality of life

Pros

Everyone is friendly incredible and super flexible. I am a mom and when my toddler is sick or not feeling to great. My Managers never pressure me or threaten me to work. They are so compassionate understandable. They want me to keep them updated of my little one. That makes me feel seen heard and validated.

Cons

I don't have any cons in what Management does or Teammembers because everyone here treats as a Family not feel left behind.
