Pros

Organization truly cares about teammembers and Members. Teammember engagement is regularly measured and outcomes of feedback are shared openly throughout all levels of the organization. Generous benefits, 401k match and Time-Off policy promote wellbeing. Inclusive organization that is committed to DE&I

Cons

As we continue to grow, staying connected and committed to our purpose is increasingly challenging when working between departments within the organization.

Pros

Great company that takes care of you

Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult to get moved up within the company, which makes it difficult to get a raise. They also don't offer remote positions, so if you are looking to move out of California, you won't be able to stay with the company
