Everything's great, except management

Pros

The best thing about working here is the benefits that they offer.

Cons

I feel that this review only applies to the department I worked in. This would be a great place to work at if it wasn't for my manager. I honestly try and give her the benefit of the doubt and be open minded, but my manager is the only con. Management above does nothing about her too, they turn a blind eye and it's sad to see good workers treated so poorly.

Pros

Really good culture(everywhere else, except Infrastructure side), and benefits.

Cons

few really bad elements in the upper management that rots the place to an extend where goal-oriented folks want to run away from that place. HR is a joke there, completely blind all the malpractices of certain VPs.

Pros

Teammembers are some of the kindest, more caring people I've met in my entire life. These are people who want the best for the Members and the team and who will sacrifice to make it happen.

Cons

Abuse of power from leadership creating a toxic, dysfunctional, and disorganized culture. Leadership is caught up in the nostalgia of the past and remembering how the team did Member Service before the world modernized. There is a lot of "working in the grey" for the Member, but it also serves to mask and normalize bad leadership behavior. This includes piling on work unrealistically without a sense of a project timeline, understaffing, not communicating, not collaborating, and not operating with an enterprise mindset or operational cadence.
