Pros

Great benefits, great CEO, great motto, great members.

Cons

At my first location I worked at my manager was micromanaging everyone and was underqualified for that position . There was alot of unprofessionalism and clickiness in the branch. At my seconf location the same thing happened with the assistant manager. Its also very hard to move up. Some people were there more than 8 years and were only 1 step ablove me who was only there a year.

Good benefits medical and 401k

Cons

Managers that have been with the company do not know what they are doing. Making the process harder than what it has to be .

Pros

Excellent benefits: medical, dental, vision paid 100% by the credit union, great 401k retirement and salary was competitive for the industry. The team I worked with had a lot of fun while working and were led by a great branch management group overall with one exception.

Cons

Very hard to get to full time status unless I transferred to a different branch or department but the real issue was the Members. The word is capitalized by the credit union since Member service is the number one priority. That is not a bad thing but the way some people were allowed to talk with the representatives was beyond reasonable. There were situations were management needed to intervene and not let it get out of control.
