For my position with the company there are no cons. I have the ability to manage my own calendar and to make the best of each day.

Easy to move up in your current department but hard to transition to other departments if you want to learn something new and add to your skill set - other than job shadowing which is hard to schedule. Growing pains: still small-size mentality though growing business to the point where the workload outweighs the employee availability. Processes are severely outdated and are overlooked due to tenure of managers doing things the old fashioned way and not recognizing holes or problems with current practices.
