      Pros

      Respectful, career growth opportunities, free lunch on Fridays. Clean faclities and safe work. Health insurance plan and other benefits are strong. Pay is decent. I like the emphasis on people getting promotions, it makes me optimistic. Nice coworkers. Day care center coming this year. From what I see the company values get practiced.

      Cons

      How good your daily work situation is depends on your supervisor, but I guess that's most places. Group meetings are slow sometimes.

      Pros

      Opportunity to develop skills in a wide range of technologies. It's a growing company that still has a lot of the fun benefits of a smaller company. Development teams are small. Ownership of your work is expected.

      Cons

      It's in a small town with two major universities nearby. There is a lot of turnover in the entry level positions because some people want to live in a metro area. I hate traffic, so it's great for me. Salaries are slowly catching up with industry.
