      Pros

      Money seems to be flying around...just not into the hands of the employees. Sure, there are perks for upper managers and executives...but employees? Na...they hire us cheap and then give us minimal raises.

      Cons

      Seems like we all have to drink the Ed kool-aid if we want to have respect or move ahead. It seems like we are just making stuff, and not really with a passion or a purpose. Seems like one family has been able to make huge profits off the backs of others. It's good for our economy I guess...but how long can we continue if we only do what's good for one family's pocket book and not the longevity of the business?

      Decent starting pay for blue collar work. Some autonomy and low stress for the most part.

      Cons

      Vertical movement can be difficult. High turnover at low levels means new faces and constant training.
