Pros
-Steady work, no concerns of being laid off -Transparency on how the company is preforming -Yearly performance reviews
Cons
-Low pay in comparison for jobs, but they tell you you make it up in benefits - that's only true if you use them and they heavily discourage using the medical benefits since they are self employed -Lack of respect of personal time from leadership. If someone high enough up wants something on a Friday at 6PM after everyone is gone for the weekend you have to find a way to get it done. -Poor work from home policy, you're allowed two days a week but that isn't protected in the employee handbook and it feels heavily discouraged -Raises do not meet the inflation rate, and they will transfer your position to hourly rather than bump you up if you don't meet the salary requirements, proving they don't believe you're worth the minimum salary pay.
