      Solid engineering fundamentals from all the employees around. Employees will be given numerous opportunities to prove themselves and climb the career ladder.

      Cons

      Learning curve is steep and expectation is that employees will be disciplined and focused on delivering quality work.

      Burn out is inevitable they underpay industry standard and dangle the Employee owned Stock options carrot in front of you which looks really good but you have to stay for a minimum of 6 years to be 100% fully vested. They don’t and probably never will offer fully remote work positions though they allow hybrid from home you can’t travel and work you can only be at home.
