      Pros

      SEL is an industry-leading company with a great culture and great people.

      Cons

      My team's management has been able to operate with no transparency or accountability. There is a pattern of retaliation against perceived slights that is disproportionate, unfair, and at times dishonest. This has created an environment of distrust and self-preservation within the team, and the team regularly bleeds talent.

      - Good benefits: mental health, general healthcare, employee stock, vacation, sick, etc. - Transparency, and frequent company updates - Lunch provided on Fridays - Financially smart as a whole

      Cons

      - Male-dominated. Not in a bad way but more due to lack of actively trying to promote more women to leadership positions. - A little old-fashioned in terms of WFH policies and flexibility.
