Assemblers are consistently harassed by management. This company may have been a great place to work at one point but it is highly money driven and continues to take advantage of its employees.

      People you work with care about you. The executives care about your best interests, and the long term success of the company. The work that you do really matters and has a positive impact on the world.

      Cons

      Low pay, as a result of the company always leaning towards frugal policies. The Human Resources department leadership actively work against the best interests of the company. They are only interested in making themselves look good.
