      Favoritism and Lack of Accountability Fuel Communication Breakdown

      The salary was okay, and the benefits added some value to the overall compensation package.

      I believe that the lack of communication between departments is due to a number of factors, including favoritism and a lack of accountability. I witnessed firsthand how certain employees were given preferential treatment, while others were ignored or treated unfairly. This created a culture of resentment and mistrust, which made it difficult for employees to collaborate effectively. I also believe that the lack of accountability at ScienceLogic contributed to the communication breakdown. Employees were not held accountable for their actions, which led to a lot of finger-pointing and blaming. This made it difficult to identify and address the root cause of the communication problems.

      Disjointed Marketing - Recent launch was plagued with delays GUI is tired and confusing Poor execution in terms of post sales implementation. Employees are urged to write positive reviews on Glassdoor. Customer Satisfaction - many previous customers moved to competitors because they were not taken care of or forgotten Sales Leadership - new leadership started last year- not impressed. Overt sexual remarks left me uncomfortable. Great sneakers collection however. Lack of communication between Sales and Sales Engineering teams. Comp plan was less than most sales roles.

      Antiquated solution - just another SNMP Poller Saturated Market - every company already has one Few sales opportunities 40 plus competitors - struggles to differentiate Crazy commission plan CEO runs sales organisation but doesn't understand sales Poor Comp My advice would be to find a Vendor that offers a compelling offering in a more dynamic space.
