Pros

Entrepreneurial culture can be attractive. Autonomy is encouraged. Pay is good. There are some smart people here. Not much else to say, sorry.

Cons

Extremely confusing and weak market strategy. Dysfunctional and unprofessional interactions among VPs. Inconsistent messaging. Employees are being misled. The product is antiquated and irrelevant. They're chasing a thin window that has passed.

* Lot's of talented smart people * Offers a good quality of life for many different positions * Overall product is pretty good * Opportunity to make a difference at a small company * Good technical support * Dave Link is an incredible talent

Cons

* Product is overpriced compared to competition in a crowded network monitoring marketplace * Untrustworthy environment amongst sales leadership and finance * Overly complicated comp plan for sales designed to not pay sales people much * Majority of sales people are not making their numbers * Inconsistent pricing model * Making it too hard to close new logos by overcharging and limiting POC's

Outdated UI Horrible comp plans In a very crowded space ScienceLogic is 3x the price of the nearest competitor Managmeny clearly has a gap in company solution vs competition or doesn't care to compete. Company makes it difficult for customers to do business with.
