Pros

The people who do all the low level and grunt work that makes the company money.

Cons

Management. Favoritism runs rampant in the company. People working on product that get cancelled get moved to successful product because of favoritism. The employees that worked on successful products that bring in the money but aren't buddies with management are laid off. You are expected to work lots of overtime but nothing to make up for it, maybe an additional day off at some point. Lots of empty promises from management.

Pros

Most colleagues in the office are enjoyable to work with Flex time typically allows for work/life balance Outings are fun

Cons

Remote studios have a lot of issues that continually get ignored by senior leadership Middle management continues to act in an unethical, sometimes illegal, manner and they are given way too many second chances Slow to address issues/concerns of most employees even when complaints are well founded and consistent. HR does not step in to address in any way

Pros

I visited a great deal of the western hemisphere. I learned how a casino is run and how to deal with every imaginable disaster, whether caused naturally or through corporate incompetence. I worked with a great deal of independance. Some of the hardest working employees anywhere. They work miracles with little resource, low morale, and little opportunities for advancement or pay raises.

Cons

No training on proprietary software or tech. You learn to swim by being thrown to the sharks. Communication is horrible. Management will lie to keep you there and then throw you under the bus if you present evidence of their dishonesty. Customers are angry due to missed deadlines and poorly functioning product. They are being ignored. LasEmployees are jumping ship. Everyone is underpaid. Reviews are meaningless.
