- Job is easy to get with low requirements because well qualified people will not take the low pay - Benefits packages are decent for full employees - During down time, use of the Internet is allowed

Cons

- Employees are not appreciated by upper management - Pay is below average for the position, does not reflect responsibilities - Responsibilities are far more than normal for the position - No formal training to speak of (just on the job for new hires) - Almost no opportunities for advancement - When there is a problem, management does not support the operations group - Communication from management is poor - Asked to perform duties of group lead without title or pay
