      Smart people. Lots of talent.

      Cons

      Serious "bro culture." As much as they push culture as something important, the definition of culture means you must be like everyone else there. Not diverse cultures, and definitely not alternative approaches to solving problems.

      The company had flexible hours.

      The culture at WMS used to be amazing (google-type environment) before it was acquired by Sci Games, then it totally changed.

      Pros

      The Las Vegas corporate buildings have finally been rennovated. They were grossly outdated, old desk and cube equipment prior. Oh, but you get free coffee.

      Cons

      HR makes a lot of last minute lazy decisions. Males make WAY more than females who have more responsibility in the same occupation. The company decided to double our health premiums which are ridiculously high , giving us a 3 week notice to submit our decision. They are continuously buying out companies, giving nothing back to employees. Super corporate, does not really care about employee health/well-being. Raises are less than sub par if you even get one. Same for bonuses. Employees in Chicago are getting paid WAY more than those in Vegas for same occupations also.
