Pros

This was a great company to work for for many reasons. When the recession hit and they had to furlough a lot of technicians, they continued to pay for 100% of their employees healthcare premiums. Good pay, and decent insurance.

Cons

The company is still struggling to find a way to be profitable after multiple mergers and restructuring attempts. The debt is high which makes being an employee feel shifty about the outcome.

Pros

Some of the people that you work with are really great! Really friendly and will help you out if they can and when they aren’t overwhelmed with their own workload.

Cons

CRAPPY MANAGEMENT! You will be overworked beyond what you can imagine! There is no support from management or supervisors. Supervisors have their own work and can’t help you when you need them. It’s not their fault though. Very understaffed and will not hire new people unless it’s actually taking a toll on the company’s pocket! Training will not actually prepare you for the workload! And when you’re working you really have no one to help you but yourself since everyone is busy!
