Pros

Minimal crunch. Good people to work with on teams.

Cons

No raise or promotion in ~9.0 years dispite working on one of the most successful games they've ever made. Corporate culture is slow to adopt even things that would increase production by 100% let alone stuff that could improve things by 50%. Failed bonus payouts (prior to the SG buyout we would be paid bonuses if our games did well years after the SG buyout that all got "Backed up" according to management and it took years before we got our bonuses for previously worked on projects.

Pros

They have decent health benefits

Cons

Company doesn’t care about workers. Had to fight to get ppe supplies for covid. Mind you, we work in a casino !! Where we come in contact with all kind of people. Also, the pay is trash
