      Team members, Pay and Fridays at 5pm

      Cons

      Upper Management has a revolving door and they keep changing and its not for the better. The problems in Vegas should not take years to resolve...People need to know what they are doing in their job...Wong people in positions not helping

      Pros

      Some of the hardest working people I have seen. Most salaried employees expected to work or be on call 24 hours a day.

      Cons

      Another reviewer provided a well said review. There is a good old white boy club in top management who do not have the capability of recognizing hard work and talent from anyone who is not like them. There is an egalitarian attitude that fails to recognize the tremendous talent of the qualified women within the organization and it is a fluke if they actually promote one. On the other hand, of the very few women who have been promoted few are actually qualified for the positions they hold. This, again, is not due to the lack of well qualified women within the organization. Additionally, there is a tremendous skew in compensation within comparable jobs.
