Pros

Great staff on call and helpful in resolving any issues. Flexible schedule and multiple locations for work. Sometimes great school staff support. A chance to help the future. Decent pay.

Cons

Work hours are difficult to change since you work school hours. This leaves little room for a second job unless you want to work all day shift. Students can be awful and really ruin your day. Most schools I get sent to are students with big issues. The school's staff also provides little support. While the pay is good, it isn't enough in Los Angeles. You will need a second job.
