- The people are wonderful. - Unlimited PTO. - Mission driven. - Positive feedback culture. - Team oriented. Work is work, but it's nice to actually enjoy what you do and enjoy the people you're working with. I must admit that I was skeptical at first. It's a company filled with ex - teachers who love spreadsheets, work hard, and are always happy to help each other.

Cons

The hours are unconventional but manageable.

Pros

Felt very welcomed from day one and the onboarding process went very smoothly. Company is up-to-date with technology and really lives by their company values. Overall a very diverse workplace, and you can tell there is a lot of trust between everyone. Genuinely love everyday that I get to work at Scoot!

Cons

Only con is the parking situation, which is expected since the company grew so quickly
