The work environment at Scorpion Design is unlike any other that I have experienced. Not only is it a welcoming place to come to work each day, it is an enjoyable one. The level of unity created by well-organized teams, effective management and an overall spirit of tenacity brought to the table by each employee makes it a pleasure to come to work each day. Not only do we have a great time working alongside one another, but also having a great deal of fun through team outings, dress up days to lighten the load during heavy work weeks, and fantastic work events & parties (ie: our mid-year meeting took place at Magic Mountain this year). This place truly fosters a warm and caring environment. These people I work with are more like family than co-workers and I feel privileged to be a part of this uniquely wonderful company.
